All our candles are handmade with care, so order processing takes 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day. We always aim to ship your order as quickly as possible while maintaining the highest quality.

• Netherlands: Most orders arrive within 1 business day after shipping.
  
• EU countries: Typically 2–5 business days, depending on customs and local postal services.
  
• Outside the EU: Delivery usually takes 7–21 business days, depending on your country and customs.

You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped so you can follow its journey.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.

Yes! Every order includes tracking information, so you can monitor your package from dispatch until delivery.

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If it’s damaged, contact us immediately at info@candlekiss.nl with photos of the damage. We’ll provide instructions to resolve the issue promptly.

You can return most items within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible, items must be:

• Unused and undamaged
  
• In original packaging
  
• Accompanied by your invoice or proof of purchase

Note: Personalized or custom-made candles cannot be returned.

We’ll provide the return address and instructions. Items returned without prior notification cannot be accepted.

Our candles typically have a burn time of around 45 to 60 hours, depending on the size and how they’re used. You can find some handy burning and care tips on each product page to help you get the most out of your candle.

Absolutely! Each glass jar is carefully tested for heat resistance, making it perfectly safe to use while your candle is burning.

Every candle is hand-poured using a natural blend of soy and sometimes coconut wax. For certain designs, we also use gel wax to create a unique and stylish look. All of our candles feature a cotton wick, ensuring a clean and even burn.

Each candle smells just as good as it looks! Whether it’s inspired by a favorite drink, dessert, or snack, the scent perfectly matches the design, creating a realistic and cozy atmosphere every time you light it.
