Return & Refund Policy

Return period

You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, without giving any reason.

Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be unused and undamaged

• Be in its original packaging

• Include the invoice or proof of purchase

Personalized and custom-made products (such as candles with names, special texts, or custom designs) cannot be returned.

Return costs

The cost of returning the product is the responsibility of the customer. In case of damage or if you received the wrong item, we will of course cover the return costs.

How to start a return

Please send an email to info@candlekiss.nl within 14 days of receiving your order, including your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
We will then provide you with the return address and instructions.

Items returned to us without prior notification will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether it has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days via your original payment method.
