Order Processing

All our candles are handmade with care after you place your order. Because each product is crafted individually, processing your order may take 1–3 business days before it is shipped. We do our utmost to ship as quickly as possible and appreciate your understanding, as we always aim to deliver the best quality for our customers.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (Netherlands)

• Standard shipping is via PostNL or DHL.

• Once shipped, most orders arrive within 1 business day, but delivery may take longer depending on the carrier.

• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping to Europe

• Standard shipping to EU countries typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to local postal services or unforeseen delays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and chosen shipping method.

Order Tracking

All orders include tracking information so you can monitor your order from dispatch until delivery.

Risk and Title

Once the package is handed over to the carrier, title and risk pass to you, the customer.

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your order is damaged during shipping, contact us immediately at info@candlekiss.nl with photos of the damage.
